Electrical services do not include structural modifications, drywall repair, painting, or patching unless explicitly stated in writing.

Field electricians perform work under the Company’s licensed electrical contractor license, as permitted in NC & SC.

3. Service Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or office.

Clients must provide clear and safe access to electrical panels, outlets, crawl spaces, or areas requiring service.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

Emergency response times may vary depending on workload, safety conditions, and technician availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Ensure pets and household members stay clear of work areas for safety.

Follow the safety instructions and post-service recommendations provided by our team.

5. Payments & Fees

Payment for standard services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Larger projects, panel upgrades, and installations may require deposits or staged payments.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Late or missed payments may result in delays, cessation of work, or late fees.

6. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service, notify us within 7 days so we can review and address the concern.

Refunds, adjustments, or follow-up visits are issued at our discretion based on inspection findings and service documentation.

Refunds will not be issued if recommended repairs or safety corrections were declined.

7. Guarantees & Limitations

Some work may include a workmanship warranty or manufacturer warranty.

Warranty terms will be explained in writing before work begins.

Warranty may be voided if modifications are made by unlicensed parties or if recommended repairs are ignored.

8. Electrical Safety Standards

9. Property Access & Liability

You authorize our team to access areas necessary to complete the inspection or electrical work.

We are not responsible for hidden or concealed electrical issues that cannot be observed without opening walls or structures.

We take great care to protect your home and always clean up after the work is completed.

We are licensed and insured, and all reasonable precautions are taken to prevent damage.
