"Client", "you", "your" – refers to the individual or business entity requesting services.

"Services" – refers to pest control, wildlife removal, inspections, monitoring, exclusion, and any other services offered by us.

2. Service Scope & Limitations

Services are performed according to industry standards and applicable regulations.

Pest and wildlife control services are based on current pest/wildlife activity observed at the time of inspection.

We do not guarantee complete eradication unless specified in a service contract.

Services do not include structural repairs, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Service Appointments

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Clients must ensure safe access to the property during service visits.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

In emergency situations (e.g., aggressive wildlife or stinging insects), we will attempt to respond promptly but response times may vary based on availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property and infestation.

Remove pets or secure them as instructed during treatment visits.

Follow post-treatment recommendations provided by our team.

Notify us of any health conditions that may be impacted by our treatments (e.g., allergies, sensitivities, pets with special conditions).

5. Payments & Fees

Payments for one-time services are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Recurring service plans will be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually based on the selected plan.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Late payments may result in service interruption and a late fee.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on eligible services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days.

Refunds or re-treatments will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the service records and inspection findings.

Refunds are not issued for services rendered where recommendations were not followed.

7. Guarantees & Limitations

Some services include limited warranties or retreatment guarantees (e.g., rodent control, ant treatments, termite barriers). These will be detailed in your service agreement.

Wildlife control is highly dependent on environmental factors. While we aim to prevent recurrence, re-entry is always a possibility in the absence of exclusion repairs.

Our warranties do not cover new infestations introduced post-treatment.

8. Use of Eco-Friendly Products

We utilize eco-conscious and humane treatment options where possible.

All products used are registered and approved by the EPA or local regulatory authorities.

If you have chemical sensitivities, please inform us prior to service so alternative options can be discussed.

9. Property Access & Liability

You agree to grant our team access to areas necessary for inspection and treatment.

We are not responsible for damage to concealed structures or items not visible during inspection.

We are fully licensed and insured, and we take precautions to protect your property during service.

10. Website Usage & Content

Content on our website (text, graphics, logos) is the intellectual property of Axon Extermination.

You may not reuse or copy content without written permission.

Any information submitted via our website (forms, bookings, inquiries) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All client information is confidential and handled securely.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required for scheduling, payment processing, or legal obligations.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abuse of staff.

Clients may cancel recurring plans with written notice, per the cancellation terms in their agreement.

If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under local laws in the jurisdiction where services were provided.
